Emergent Studies Institute is proud to offer students a completely different online educational experience. Our courses are taught with the understanding that topics can and should move fluidly to meet the needs of the students interests, passions, and knowledge on the subject. Therefore, a class will change each time it is taught and potentially even evolve over time. This is what we call the Emergent Educational Method. This method is just another way that ESI is able to tailor fit individual courses and certificate programs to meet the needs of our students. We are so excited to hear how you want your story to unfold here with us as you become a part of our diverse community of seekers!

Our catalog is broken up into seasonal sections and will sometimes contain a first and second session. Please use the links below or the menu to navigate between the sections. When you fill out your Online Application and/or speak with an Emergent Education Team representative, let them know what course(s) you are interested in and which section you will want to take it: Spring, Summer, or Fall.
