Emerging from the Spiral

ESI Update:NautilusCutawayLogarithmicSpiral

Fall is in the air, leaves are just starting to contemplate their beautiful change of autumn dress and animals are foraging thankful the heat in some parts of the world will decrease and water will become more abundant. Animals, like us are drawn to live in harmony with the Earth and her cycles of life.

Here at Emergent, we too are connected to the Earth’s seasonal changes. As families across the world begin to come together over the next few months in celebration and joy. We at ESI also come together to building a new institute out of the ashes of past ideas, dreams and in the betterment of future generations. Transpersonal Psychology was the root of our founding mothers educational background, what will spring forth from the root, mature and flower into something new and amazing is up to many of us. What would you like to see bloom this spring at ESI? What would you choose to be a part of, if you could; faculty, staff a student?

“Don’t be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Unfold your own myth.”
Rumi, The Essential Rumi

Here at ESI we are truly ‘unfolding our own myth’. As faculty, coursework, certifications, intensives and academic calenders are created, as websites are built and social media spills over in ‘Likes’, we build the stones of our foundation. Within this strong foundation of spirituality, self-development and the kind of human perspective that is given to one that studies Transpersonal Psychology we are prepared to expand this school into more of an Interdisciplinary institution. Taking the model of Body, Mind, Spirit so ingrained in the Transpersonal we will spiral, journey and emerge with something different. The coursework that will be offered in Spring 2015 for Certification students, as well as the single course seeker, will be integrated with our vision of forward movement and in line with our Mission to build upon the bedrock of all of our world’s past and merge that knowledge with innovation and the multidisciplinary perspectives of the future.

This Fall we kick-off our institute with our first webinar, packed with incredible presenters and ESI faculty/staff it will be an amazing experience to be a part of. Presenters such as Luisah Teish, Macha NightMare, Ginny Anderson, Holli Emore and our own Academic Dean, Valentine McKay-Riddell will share with us perspectives on Eco-Spirituality as it relates to the Divine Feminine and woman’s connection to the Earth. Be sure to buy your tickets before the beginning of October this event may sell out quickly. For more information please Click Here.
